THE catalogue is now live online for Richard Winterton Auctioneers'  upcoming Toys & Trains Sale.

Starting at 9.30am on Wednesday, May 27, 301 lots are presented for auction including locomotives by Bachmann and Hornby, Corgi die-cast and sealed, boxed LEGO.

You can view the catalogue online now or view in person at the saleroom in Church Street between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday, May 26.

Here are seven of our favourite lots:

Lot 16

A sealed, boxed limited edition LEGO Star Wars Hoth Rebel Base, reference 7666.

This reference to the iconic opening of The Empire Strikes Back is one of a number of boxed sets of Star Wars LEGO in the sale.

Look out, too, for some brilliant Indiana Jones LEGO, including two Last Crusade sets featuring the aeroplane dogfight (Lot 21) and the Venice boat chase (Lot 22).

Lot 26

Gottle of geer! This vintage 1950s boxed Palitoy 'Jolly Jim' ventriloquist's doll appears complete and in very good condition with only minor marking and wear. About 60cm tall, Jim's mouth control works and the mouth opens and closes well.

Lot 32

Sealed Playmates Toys Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures. This lot features 11 figures from 2022 in total, all sealed in their blister packs and appearing in new condition.

Figures included are Krang 81014, Donatello 81032, Bebop 81008, Michelangelo 81033, Shredder 81007, Leatherhead 81011, Foot soldier 81002, Rocksteady 81008, Raphael 81034, Splinter 81010 and Leonardo 81031.

Lot 58

Holy auction, Batman! Lot 58 is a great boxed example of the Corgi Toys Batmobile No. 267.

In very good condition, this is the earlier version with gloss black body, red Bat logo to doors, gold hubs with red Bat logo, working pulsating flame exhaust, working features and suspension, complete with both figures, aerial, (opened) envelope with instructions, features leaflet, unused self-adhesive badge and seven rockets, four still attached to sprue.

The box is complete and in fairly good condition with inner pictorial stand and card packing piece.

Lot 93

A Palitoy Action Man Space Capsule, No. 34705.

In fairly good condition, this features a second issue Astronaut Space Suit, No 34701, with suit, helmet, gloves, boots and Talking Backpack with two records.

Lot 265

A boxed Bachmann 1/76 scale OO gauge Model Railways Branchline set, 2-603 Class 220 Voyager 4-car DEMU 220017 in Cross Country livery.

Lot 295

A boxed Hornby Railways OO gauge K & ESR Stroudley Terrier 150  Year Anniversary Locomotive Pack, No. R30123.

Includes two Terrier 0-6-0 Tank locomotives, LBSCR 'Poplar' No. 70 in LBSC orange-yellow livery, and No. 2678 in Southern Railway green livery.

A limited edition No. 434 of 500 complete with certificate and instructions, locomotives are in very good condition as is the the box, which is complete with all packing.
