NEW dates for free valuations at The Auction Café in Lichfield this June have been announced.
The popular coffee shop at 34 Market Street is open seven days a week, from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sundays.
Free valuations of jewellery, watches, gold and silver with Midlands gemmologist Georgina Southam FIRV FGA DGA BA (Hons) take place at the café on Tuesdays June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 between 9.30am and 3pm, with an extra date on Wednesday, June 24, also from 9.30am and 3pm.
Different specialists offer valuations on other Wednesdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
On Wednesday, June 3, Richard Winterton will be offering valuations of general antiques and collectables plus advice on house clearances and the auction process.
Wednesday, June 10, will see David Fergus giving valuations of glass, ceramics, decorative art and pictures.
And on Wednesday, June 17, Jon Price will be there for valuations of toys, trains and railwayana.
The Auction Café offers speciality coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, ice cream, cakes, cream teas, pastries, soup, toasties, bagels and savoury snacks seven days a week.
