HERE'S an exciting opportunity to join our growing Jewellery Department.

Full and part time positions are now available at The Lichfield Auction Centre, Wood End Road, Fradley Park, to suit skilled professional jewellery valuers.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide appraisals for auction sale estimates, insurance purposes, and probate valuations
• Research and catalogue jewellery, watches, gold and silver for auction, grade gemstones, and identify hallmarks and maker's marks
• Prepare condition reports documenting any wear, damage, or previous repairs to items for sale
• Provide client-facing valuations, build relationships with collectors and estates, and source consignments.

Skill Set

• Technical proficiency with gemmological tools
• Knowledge of current market trends and scrap prices
• Strong communication and computer skills.
