March lineup of free valuations at The Auction Café in Lichfield

New dates for your diary

LOOK out for a host of free valuations at The Auction Café in Lichfield this March.

The popular coffee shop at 34 Market Street is open seven days a week, from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sundays.

Free valuations of jewellery, watches, gold and silver with Midlands gemmologist Georgina Southam FIRV FGA DGA BA (Hons) take place at the café on Tuesdays March 3, 10, 17 and 24 between 9.30am and 3pm, with an extra date on Wednesday, March 25, from 9.30am and 3pm to create a special double jewellery valuation in the last full week of the month.

Different specialists offer valuations on other Wednesdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

On Wednesday, March 4, Richard Winterton will be offering valuations of general antiques and collectables plus advice on house clearances and the auction process.

Wednesday, March 11, will see Sarah Williams at the café appraising silver and fine art.

And on Wednesday, March 18, Jon Price will be there for valuations of toys, trains and railwayana.

Please note, there are no valuations on Tuesday, March 31.

The Auction Café offers speciality coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, ice cream, cakes, cream teas, pastries, soup, toasties, bagels and savoury snacks seven days a week.
