DISCOVER hidden treasure with our specialists at these free valuations in Lichfield this October.

The Auction Café by Richard Winterton Auctioneers at 34 Market Street is open seven days a week, from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sundays – although please note we are closed Monday and Tuesday November 10 and 11 for maintenance.

Free valuations of jewellery, watches, gold and silver with Midlands gemmologist Georgina Southam FIRV FGA DGA BA (Hons) take place on Tuesdays November 4, 18 and 25 between 9.30am and 3pm and on Wednesday November 12 from 9.30am and 3pm.

Different specialists offer valuations on most Wednesdays from 9.30am-12.30pm.

On Wednesday November 5, numismatics expert Phil Bridge will be offering valuations of coins and banknotes.

November 19 will see Rob French assessing whisky, wine and port as well as ephemera including autographs, postcards and posters.

And on November 26, Richard Winterton will be offering valuations of general antiques and collectables plus advice on house clearances and the auction process.

As well as a host of valuations, The Auction Café offers speciality coffee, tea, soft drinks, ice cream, cakes, cream teas, pastries, toasties, bagels and savoury snacks seven days a week in comfortable surroundings.
