Dickinson’s Real Deal is back - and coming to the Midlands!

Dealers Days in Burton and Coventry

PEOPLE are invited to see if they can secure the Real Deal with the return of hit ITV antiques programme Dickinson’s Real Deal after a two-year break.

‘The Duke’ David Dickinson and his team will be hosting two ‘Dealer Days’ in Burton and Coventry in October before any items consigned for sale go under the hammer with Richard Winterton Auctioneers at The Lichfield Auction Centre.

Dickinson’s Real Deal is one of the most popular daytime shows on ITV, regularly watched by more than a million people.

Now back for a 20th series, David Dickinson and the dealers are travelling around the country looking for some more bobby dazzlers brought in by members of the public.

Upcoming Dealer Days take place on Saturday, October 4 at The Deer Barn, Postern Road, Tatenhill, Burton-on-Trent, DE13 9SJ, and on Saturday, October 18 at The Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, Coventry, CV6 6GE.

Doors will be open between 8am and 5pm on both days.

People should bring photo ID but admission is free and you do not need to book a place or a ticket.

Members of the public bringing their antiques and collectables along will receive free advice from a team of independent valuers.

As usual, David Dickinson will be keeping an eye on the deals and giving advice about whether to take the dealers’ cash or gamble at auction.

But the final decision lies with each contributor and it’s up to them to decide which option is the Real Deal.

Staffordshire auctioneer Richard Winterton will also be there and items consigned will go under the hammer with him at The Lichfield Auction Centre, Wood End Lane, Fradley Park, WS13 8NF on Monday, November 3, starting at 9am.

David Dickinson will be filming at the sale with the Dickinson’s Real Deal camera crews to capture the auction action for the show.

People are welcome to come along to the saleroom on the day to watch the auction. No appointment is necessary.
