VINTAGE TOYS GALORE COMING UP IN XMAS AUCTION

Included in the forthcoming Collectors Sale at the Burton on Trent Saleroom of Richard Winterton on Thursday 20th December 2007 are a number of 1950’s die-cast figures and sets including a rare boxed Crescent Toys ‘Dan Dare’ figure set and an interesting ‘Travelling Zoo’ set, consisting of an elephant pulling two animal cages, manufactured by the British firm Charbens. Also included are a number of ‘Wild West ‘ items including a Stagecoach and horses by Crescent and various Timpo items including a ‘Hoppalong Cassidy’ figure set and covered wagon.
