Our illustrated online catalogues are available about a week prior to the sale at www.antiquestradegazette.com/richardwinterton You will need to register on the site and this is free of charge. Catalogues can also be sent by post to UK clients upon request.

Upon finding an item(s) you are interested in, you can request a condition report and further images if required. Our Lot descriptions generally mention any major defects/points of note regarding condition. However, if not mentioned, this does not imply a Lot is free of damage and/or restorations. It is the buyers responsibility to satisfy for themselves the condition/authenticity of any given Lot. We are happy to advise purchasers who are intending on bidding on Lots in our sales. This complimentary service is an opinion only and Lots are sold subject to our Terms of Business available on this site. Where possible, we strongly advise all intending buyers to attend the sale previews to handle and examine Lots for themselves.

You can submit absentee bids to the relevant saleroom by email, phone or fax. In processing bids, we need your full name, billing address, email address, landline phone number(s) and you maximum bid in GBP. We reserve the right to verify these details at our discretion. This service closes two hours prior to the sale commencing.

Phone bids on Lots estimated at over £100 or at our discretion can be requested by contacting the saleroom. All bids are subject to the 15% + VAT buyers' premium and do not include any additional packing/postage costs, (if relevant).

If your bid(s) is successful we will automatically send out an invoice on the sale day in the post. Overseas buyers will be contacted by email.
Alternatively you can phone the saleroom after the sale for Lot results.
