House Clearance

All items are sold in one of our three Auctions Rooms, which cater for all aspects of the Auction World from Household to Fine Art, cars to medals, whatever we find it's to your benefit and even if your not sure what you have. 'It's better to safe than sorry'.

We offer a complete house clearance service to our clients, clearing the house of all it's contents, properly disposing of all that cannot be sold and clearing the house afterwards, ensuring that it is clean and tidy for the new occupants. This includes items which do not meet current fire / electrical regulation.

We can also recommend a cleaning company if you require it to be 'spotless' before selling or renting.

Paperwork

Full paperwork is provided, and we can arrange for any additional copies or correspondence that you may require for other family members/solicitors etc.

Valuations

We work closely with Solicitors, and our professional staff can provide full valuations in order to assist with the closing of estate and the disposal of general household items and full house contents on behalf of clients.
