House Clearance & Removal Services

We are pleased to advise private individuals, estate agents, solicitors and institutions with regards to the clearance of the entire contents of a property. An area representative will be pleased to meet clients at the property in question and give confidential advice. We have our own fleet of vehicles and staff to assist in the removal process. We offer a haulage service from an individual item to a full house clearance. Auctions on the clients premises can also be arranged.

Property Auctions

By prior agreement, we will be pleased to carry out marketing and property auctions individually or in association with an estate agent.

Advice on Buying and Selling

Advising clients on buying and selling is part of our remit where impartiality and confidentiality is paramount.

Written Valuations

Like any commodity over a period of time, values can change dramatically. It is especially important to be aware of the current value of your property so you can relax in the knowledge that you are fully insured in the event of loss or damage. All of our documents are set out in a clear and concise manner.

We offer our professional written valuation service for insurance, probate, tax, asset management and family division purposes at attractive rates based on an hourly charge. We will contact you at agreed intervals to make any necessary updates.

Picture Restoration

Over many years we have built up a professional relationship with a leading team of restorers/conservators of museum standard. If referred through ourselves, we are able to obtain attractive quotes for the restoration/cleaning of all manner oil paintings, watercolours and prints, (including cleaning, re-lining of oil pictures and the removal of foxing from prints). Research

By agreement, we are pleased to carry out research and advise upon restoration in most areas of our fields. We have an in-house French polishing service and additional furniture restoration is available on our premises.

Photography

We have our own in-house photographic facilities for marketing purposes.

Catering

Hot and cold refreshments are offered at our Burton and Lichfield Salerooms for the convenience of our clients.

Parking & Disabled Access

Both our Burton and Lichfield Salerooms have ample free parking, disabled access and toilets.
