Richard Winterton's family have been Staffordshire's Auctioneers since the mid nineteenth century. In the late 1990's Richard Winterton purchased Richardson & Linnell, Derby's oldest auction house. The Company has since progressed to become the largest and most successful family run Midland Auctioneers. Three salerooms hold two/three auctions a week, serving the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Derbyshire. The flagship Fine Art and Collectors Sales are held regularly, whilst the Twentieth Century Ceramic, Furniture and General Sales are held most weeks.

Our established network of qualified and experienced specialist Consultants are on hand to give advice to sellers on all aspects of items - from antiques, medals, toys, jewellery to coins, stamps, cameras, books etc. Our international client base of active buyers and our marketing ensure record prices are constantly being achieved throughout.
